Make arrangements to disconnect and reconnect your appliances, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Finally contact all of your providers, Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet, Phone, TV License, council. Make yourself a list as it can be easy to forget. If need be contact the post office and ask them about their postal forwarding service
